The Service is currently in a pre-launch waitlist phase. We do not offer a paid subscription, product access, or any commercial service at this time. Pricing shown on the website is informational and subject to change. Joining the waitlist does not create a contractual right to any service, price, or feature.

3. Not Legal Advice

The SurplusEdges compliance calculator and all statutory fee-cap information displayed on this website are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. Statutory fee caps, eligibility conditions, and enforcement rules vary by jurisdiction and depend on specific facts we cannot evaluate. You should consult a licensed attorney in the relevant jurisdiction before relying on any information displayed here.

4. Use of the Calculator

The calculator on this website produces a preliminary estimate based on statutory fee-cap rules. It does not account for all conditions, exceptions, timing requirements, or factual circumstances that may affect the enforceability of a particular agreement. Results are not a guarantee of any legal outcome.

5. Waitlist and Data Collection

When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address and any additional information you voluntarily provide (such as your company name and seat count estimate). We use this information to notify you of product availability and to assess market demand. We do not sell your personal information.

Our scenario pages may automatically run the calculator with a default surplus amount when loaded. This generates an anonymous analytics event (state, amount, and result) that does not identify you unless you have separately provided your email.

6. Competitive Comparison

Competitive comparisons to SurplusFundsList (SFL) are based on information available on SFL's public website as of the date cited and are subject to change. "SurplusFundsList" and "SFL" are used here for nominative comparison only. We do not represent that our features, pricing, or data sources are identical to or affiliated with SFL. You should independently verify all competitive claims before making purchasing decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, the SurplusEdges calculator engine, and design elements, is the property of Spain Companies LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) attempt to access, alter, or damage our systems or data; (b) use automated tools to submit forms, scrape content, or overwhelm our APIs; (c) submit false or misleading information; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or (e) attempt to reverse-engineer the calculator or compliance engine.
